Ok either I've got the runt of the litter or you were just unlucky mate, I've had this model for half a year and I've had no problems, I'm not with O2 but that shouldn't make a difference with the problems you're describing, setting itself to default is unheard of, I've had the same inxs ring tone since I picked it up and I have at least 6 friends with the same model....no problems there, ok ok the camera and the video functions are really terrible, as you said grainy and the videos sounds can't be heard...well to my hears, but thats what I have my camera for, for all round texting and phone calls it does the job, music wise the speakers might at the back but they work well, lots of memory to spare, over 500 texts stored so far and a small music library on board, long battery life and really reliable compared to my last sumsung, but I find that with all nokias, what more can you ask for price wise?

i have had this phone for 3 months and hate it, its heavy, ugly and really does not do anything for me at all, as always the software is rubbish and boring, the camera is grainy with poor colour.

Also this phone decides what it wants to do when it wants, if you customize your ringtones, message tones, themes etc etc a couple of hours later it switches back to default settings!

i give this phone a 2 out of 5 i would give it 1 star but i thought it was a little harsh, my advice is DONT get this phone there are plenty of other decent phones out there for this price.
